KUOJIE HOME · YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

This notice explains how KUOJIE HOME (阔界家居) handles information when you browse our upholstered bed collection or send a business enquiry through kuojiehome.com.

1. Who handles your information

KUOJIE HOME is the brand operating this website. You can raise a privacy question through our contact form. Please begin your message with “Privacy request” and provide an email address where we can reply. Do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

Company details pending confirmation: the registered legal entity name, postal address and dedicated privacy contact email have not yet been provided. Until those details are published, the website contact form records requests for review by the site administrator. Email notification is not currently configured; a form receipt confirms storage, not email delivery.

2. Information collected

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and requirements. You may also provide your company, country or region, WhatsApp or phone number, business type, products or models of interest, estimated quantity and preferred delivery timeframe. When you enquire from a product page, we also record the related product name, model and page link.

Our hosting systems may record technical information such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and error details. The enquiry service uses a protected value derived from your IP address for a short-lived submission limit. It also stores a protected submission identifier to avoid saving duplicate enquiries. These checks do not add your raw IP address to the enquiry record.

3. Why information is used

  • To review your enquiry and communicate about products, specifications, quotations and potential business cooperation.
  • To keep a record of the enquiry and associated follow-up.
  • To protect the form against spam, repeated submissions and misuse, and to investigate technical problems.
  • To respond to privacy requests and applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, handling an enquiry may involve steps you request before entering a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and operating a secure website. Legal obligations may also apply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The custom enquiry form keeps its temporary security token and submission identifier in page memory; it does not use a tracking cookie or save your form fields in browser local storage. WordPress may use necessary cookies for staff sign-in and administration. The current website does not intentionally include advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking.

This is a product catalogue and enquiry website: online checkout, customer account registration and payment collection are not offered. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect signed-in administration. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant privacy controls should be updated before it is enabled.

5. Access, service providers and external links

Enquiries are stored as private records in the website database, with access restricted to authorised site administrators. Hosting and technical maintenance providers may process information as needed to operate and support the website. When email notifications are configured, enquiry details will also be processed by the email service and sent to the configured business inbox. Information may need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

If a WhatsApp link is available and you choose to use it, you leave this website and the prefilled enquiry text is passed to WhatsApp. WhatsApp then handles information under its own privacy notice. Other external websites also have their own practices.

Business communications and service providers may involve processing in a country different from your own. Hosting locations, provider details and any applicable international-transfer arrangements remain to be confirmed by the business; this notice does not assert that a particular transfer safeguard is in place.

6. Storage, retention and security

The website uses HTTPS and access controls for private enquiry records. These measures reduce risk, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please only send information relevant to your business enquiry.

The form submission-limit record expires after 10 minutes. Enquiry records are not currently subject to an automatic deletion schedule and remain in the database until an administrator removes them. A business retention period, hosting-log retention period and backup-deletion schedule have not yet been confirmed. Copies may remain in backups after deletion from the active database. You may request deletion through the contact form; retention needed for an ongoing enquiry, a dispute or a legal obligation will need to be considered.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Optional form fields can be left blank. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

To make a request, use the contact form and include your enquiry reference if available. We may need proportionate information to confirm that the request concerns your data. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

8. Children

This website is intended for business purchasers and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please notify us through the contact form so the record can be reviewed.

9. Changes to this notice

This page may be updated as the website, service providers or business details change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes should be explained here and, where applicable, communicated to affected individuals.
